777xz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Upon termination of an account, all pending bonus balances and any balances derived from bonus play subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not subject to bonus restrictions will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.
